Tekkan-kuro has a very light scent which makes the flavor that much more intriguing. Though the scent is perceived as very light, the flavor absolutely explodes on the taste buds with a strong, robust flavor that can only be expected from an imo-jochu. The aftertaste remains pleasantly full and robust throughout.
